- Hands-On Training – Students will work on their own computers and complete the same examples the instructor is demonstrating during the class. Students will retain the information much better in a hand-on session than a lecture style class. Computers are normally provided by the client but can be rented for an additional charge.
- Private Instruction – When the trainer is there for your team and your team alone, you will see a difference in the results. The class will be focused on your team’s specific needs. - Experienced Instructors – All of our instructors have at least 15-years of training experience. All have a wealth of experience training for all types of teams from Government Agencies, Fortune 500 organizations, to small and mid-sized businesses. They have seen it all, and will alway give your team a quality learning experience.
- Cost Savings vs attending a local training class – A local or online instructor-led Access course will cost around $350/student/day. If you need to train 6 or more students, the costs will be much lower that than. All on-site training is priced based on the student head count. The more students you train, the lower the per/person training cost will be.
- Train on your schedule – When you schedule an on-site training session, you select the date(s) that work best for your team. With our vast network of trainers, we can accommodate class date requests over 95% of the time.
- Train at your location, online or both –
- On-Site - We can conduct training sessions at your facility, where the instructor will train your team in person.
- Online – We can conduct training sessions online, where the instructor will train your team using online meeting software.
- Combination of On-Site and Online – Instructor conducts the class on-site at your facility and we connect remote students via online meeting software.
- Customized Content – For most courses, we can customize the training material to fit your exact needs. This flexibility in the course content will allow your team to have the optimal learning experience.

Microsoft Windows 10 Introduction Course (Level 1) -- Our Microsoft Windows 10 introduction course helps students become familiar with the Windows 10 operating system, and learn all the core operations new features of Windows 10. Students will learn Windows Fundamentals and gain proficiencies in the following areas: Working With Apps, Working With Files and Folders, Personalizing Windows and Maintaining Your Computer. How On-Site Training Works
- Discuss your team's educational needs with a BCS representative.
- Schedule class date(s) that fit your team's availabilty.
- Professional Trainer will conduct the class at your facility or online.
- We provide the instructor, instructor travel and lodging, training manuals and digital practice for each student.
- You provide the meeting/conference room, student xomputers with correct software installed and a projector for the instructor to use.
- Usually a two-week lead time to schedule a class.
- Classes normally run from 9am-4:30pm local time, but can be adjusted to fit your schedule.
- 1 Hour Lunch Break, and Two 15-minute Break
Windows On-Site Training Packages
Small Group Package (up to 6 students)
- A Professional Instructor will come to your office and train your students
- Up to 6 students can attend the class for the flat rate course price of $1800/day
- Additional students can be added for $125/person/day
- Each student receives a Course Manual with Practice Files (Materials will be shipped before the class date)
- Course is scheduled based on dates you provide (Subject to instructor availability)
- We usually require about 2-weeks lead time to arrange a training session
- Training is completed in a convenient 1-day session (Start at 9am and Finish at 4:30pm)
- Two 15 minute breaks and one hour long break for lunch
Total Cost for 6 students: $1800/day (Flat Rate)
Medium Group Package (up to 12 students)
- A Professional Instructor will come to your office and train your students
- Up to 12 students can attend the class for the flat rate course price of $2500/day (over 31% off our Individual Training rates)
- Additional students can be added for $100/person/day
- Each student receives a Course Manual with Practice Files (Materials will be shipped before the class date)
- Course is scheduled based on dates you provide (Subject to instructor availability)
- We usually require about 2-weeks lead time to arrange a training session
- Training is completed in a convenient 1-day session (Start at 9am and Finish at 4:30pm)
- Two 15 minute breaks and one hour long break for lunch
Total Cost for 12 students: $2500/day (Flat Rate)
Large Group Package (up to 18 students)
- A Professional Instructor will come to your office and train your students
- Up to 18 students can attend the class for the flat rate course price of $3100 (over 43% off our Individual Training rates)
- Additional students can be added for $75/person/day
- Each student receives a Course Manual with Practice Files (Materials will be shipped before the class date)
- Course is scheduled based on dates you provide (Subject to instructor availability)
- We usually require about 2-weeks lead time to arrange a training session
- Training is completed in a convenient 1-day session (Start at 9am and Finish at 4:30pm)
- Two 15 minute breaks and one hour long break for lunch
