Course Description:
The Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud for Sales Representatives course is a 1-day course that is designed to teach salespeople the more advanced sales and activity management features of Salesforce.
Students will work with the advanced functionality within Salesforce including the user interface features and search settings. The class will teach students how to set up and use advanced email features, Chatter, opportunity features such as tracking competitors, contact roles, partners, and setting up and utilizing price books and products. Students will also learn how to create and utilize views, reports, and the Activities tab.
During the class, students will work in a practice learning environment to participate in hands-on exercises during the class. The students can use that learning environment indefinitely after the class without any additional fees.
