The Business Analysis for the IT Professional course is a 4-day course is designed to provide an introduction to the skills and knowledge needed for a Business Analyst position in todays evonomy. This course has been approved by the IIBA and it conforms to the BABOK v3 (Business Analysis Body of Knowledge).
The Business Analyst role serves as a liason between technical and non-technical groups in an organization.
