Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy (On-Demand Training and Self-Paced Training Classes)

On-Demand and Self Paced classes cannot be cancelled or refunded once the course licence has been activated.


Cancellation Policy Public Classes (Instructor-Led Training and Live Online Training)

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES (by student)

Because we are shipping courseware for your class in addition to scheduling rooms, assigning instructors, and provisioning computer resources, we appreciate advanced notice whenever you have to make a change to your registration.

Advanced Notice Cancellations/Reschedules

Cancellations or reschedules received more than 16 business days before the class will be processed promptly. Any payments received are eligible for full refund upon cancellation.

Last-Minute Cancellations

Cancellations received 15 or fewer business days before the class will not be refunded and students will be liable for all course-related fees. However, students are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (see below).

No Shows

Students who do not attend class and do not provide any advanced notice will be charged in full for all course-related class fees. Paid in-full no shows are eligible to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge using our Make-Up Scheduling policy (see Make-Up Scheduling Policy below).

MAKE-UP SCHEDULING POLICY

Students are permitted one (1) no additional charge Make-Up opportunity to attend the class that was paid for, but not attended. Make-up classes are available as Remote Classroom Instruction (RCI) which you will need to attend from your home or office. Review details for RCI from your home or office.

Make-Up classes should be requested more than 10 days before the new class date. We reserve the right to limit make-up registrations based on class capacity.

You may change your scheduled Make-Up class date provided you do so more than 15 business days before the class starts.

Cancellations within 15 business days of the class start date and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the no additional charge make-up opportunity. Students who forfeit their no charge make-up but wish to reschedule can do so with the payment of an additional fee. Please call the toll free number for details.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy Private Training (Group Training)

We realize there may be times when you need to reschedule or cancel your class. Because we are purchasing course materials in addition to contracting with instructors and arranging instructor travel, it is important that you alert us as early as possible to avoid any penalties.

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES (by the client)

16 or More Calendar Days before the Class

Class cancellation or reschedule requests received 16 calendar days or more before the class start date will be processed promptly.

  • Cancellation requests made in this timeframe are eligible for cancellation without any penalty.
  • Reschedule requests made in this timeframe will be accommodated if availability exists and will be processed at no additional charge.

15 or Less Calendar Days before the Class

  • Class Cancellation requests made 15 calendar days or less before the class start date will be charged a penalty of 100% of the course fee.
  • Class Reschedule requests made 15 calendar days or less before the class start date will be charged a penalty of 50% of the course fee in addition to the original fees due.

Additionally...

  • To Cancel or reschedule please call 877-442-3915, or contact the representative that booked your class.
  • Class Cancellation and Reschedule requests must be received in writing (email) and sent to the BCS representative that booked your class.
  • Any materials shipped for the class must be returned at the client's expense.
